We’re getting married in the very place Jess put a ring on it: BUENOS AIRES! Obelisks as tall as the sky, tango in the streets and the fresh air of Argentina’s pastoral countryside await you. We're so honored to be the reason you get to add another stamp to your passport. Let's get packing!
THE VENUE
Our ceremony will be held at one of Argentina’s oldest and most prestigious estancias (ranch+hotel), exclusively for our guests. Located just an hour away from downtown Buenos Aires, complimentary shuttles and a night’s stay are included. More details and room assignments to come.
In the event of overflow, guests will be offered complimentary stay at Mansion Boero in the city.
DAY OF THE WEDDING
11:30AM - 5:00PM
Shuttles escort us into the beautiful countryside. Once settled, kick back with a full relaxing day: a tour of the grounds, a dip in the pool, bocce ball, a hot stone massage and more. Then, enjoy lunch and sweet treats with views of rolling fields and roaming caballos before the big event.
CEREMONY & RECEPTION
6:00PM - 3:00AM
This is the part where "I DO's" happen, followed by incredible food and liquid courage to hit that dance floor with the bride & groom. Start practicing those moves now, amigos.
TRAVEL SCHEDULE
Travel schedules will vary, due to the busy holiday season. Below are some recommended travel dates, as well as general happenings while we're in beautiful Argentina.
December 25th-28th — Recommended travel dates. We arrive on the 23rd via EZE (Ezeiza International Airport) or Eazy-E, depending on how you want to pronounce it.
For anyone arriving early, let us know and we can help get you situated. Also, some of our guests are visiting other destinations in South America before the wedding. If you're curious about joining their travels, we’re happy to connect you.
Please note: Dress in lightweight layers, as it will be summer weather in Argentina.
December 29th — Free day to relax and explore the sights. Rehearsal dinner at Mansion Boero.
December 30th — The wedding day! Travel to Estancia La Bamba de Areco.
December 31st — Morning visit to San Antonio de Areco town. New Year's Eve back in the city.
January 1st — Happy 2016! Relax, recover, rehydrate and pack in those last-minute attractions.
January 2nd — Hugs & farewells. We’re off to Patagonia!
